This was my first trip to Jun's and will definitely not be the last. One of the chefs greeted me as I was walking past to be seated. That was very nice. I came in with a big appetite so I wanted to try a little bit of everything. Our table got several appetizers to share. The chicken yakitori was probably the best I've ever had. It was smoky and juicy and not dried to the stick. I got the spider roll and the "crazy" roll (spicy tuna and shrimp tempura) and both were fantastic. The ingredients tasted and felt fresh and the rice was moist and sticky enough to keep the rolls tightly in place. I also appreciate that Jun's offers REAL crab meat for a small up-charge in addition to the imitation crab that most places offer. I definitely want to try more of Jun's offerings but I think I'd be hard pressed to top the meal I had tonight!
Great sushi, great atmosphere, great prices. Everyone on the staff is very welcoming. Happy hour and lunch menu is awesome too! Highly recommend the rainbow roll if you want to sample many different types of raw fish in one roll.
Outstanding customer service and food. The ginger dressing on the side salad is amazing. Will be coming back for sure.
Hard to say what hasn't already been said, but its my favorite sushi place in town. Service is always great, atmosphere is relaxing and the happy hous specials are great. Absolutely love it.
I used to eat here atleast once a week, I never had a problem until a month ago. My favorite roll started getting soggy the last 2 times I ordered it, then I got a wrong order last time and instead of remaking the roll the pulled one from another order that looked similar until I got back to work and discovered it wasn't what I ordered either after it was to late. I used to really enjoy the place but I won't be going back. 3 of my last 4 orders have been wrong or not good.
