The choices are amazing. Not only are the staff helpful as can be, they also have well honed palates. We only made it through one display area and already had an armful of what are currently our favorite cheeses. Well, until we go back and find new favorite cheeses. Don't stop at the cheeses though. The candy, crackers and jams are every bit as amazing. The Wilkin and Sons Green Fig Preserves may be the best Jam, Jelly, or Preserve I have ever had.
