I have to honor you with 5 stars because even so we arrived a wee bit late and had made appointments with 1 hour between them, you all managed to make copies and took pictures for both of us. You managed to get through the list of required paper work times two and had everything signed sealed and delivered in under 1 hour.

During my visit to this German Consulate office here in Prairie Village, Kansas to take care of some passport business for my children, I can truly say I experienced very professional, quick, accurate, timely informative service. No waiting, before I had a chance to sit back and relax my service requests were already completed. I recently retired from the military and throughout the years I have had to travel to the German Consulate offices to take care of some of the same administrative application issues at the German Consulate/Embassy in Frankfurt, Germany, the German Consulate in NW/ Washington, DC and in Atlanta, GA and I can tell anyone from personal experience that all the other German Consulates I visited to take care of business with the Consulate, it was an all day affair in comparison to this Office here in Prairie Village, Kansas. The office staff was super efficient and eve so we we had placed them in a time crunch manged to keep their cool and took time to chat and joke with us to make us feel like we were visiting a friend at home.
