Here's what happened to me. My business partner and I contacted Mary (Tina) Littlejohn about listing a property we own jointly. My partner also had another property she owned solely that she wanted to list. It was mutually decided not to list these; however Tina was enlisted to change a lock on my partner's solely owned property. My partner has not paid for the lock change yet. So Tina has held the keys to both properties as hostage until she is paid. She refused to return the keys to the jointly held property - which was not involved in this issue. This is preventing me from showing or taking care of my property. At the least this is very unprofessional and probably illegal as well. When I contacted the broker/owner, he said he would talk to Tina - which I think he did. She called me and said she would not return the keys until paid. The broker was supposed to call me back and never did even after two polite reminders. I would think twice about dealing with this realty.
There is an agent at this location by the name of Amelia Burnham who think she knows electrical inspections and construction codes, and she is totally clueless, she is rude, she does not take care her customers, and she is very unprofessional.
I wish I could put no stars. My daughter went to a rental property, dealt with the agent Matthew McGee. Pictured looked great, nice & clean. That wasn't at all what they found: cockroaches everywhere, feces on the floor, a giant hole in the ceiling of the bathroom, plants growing through the window, peeling paint everywhere, holes in the kitchen cabinets and the actual kitchen counters hanging off the walls.

Dan Solenberger is spreading lies about a dedicated city council representative in Prairie Village. I will never use RE/MAX as long as he is employed there, and will encourage all of my friends, family, and neighbors in Prairie Village to avoid the company as well.
This agent named Matt Mcgee has not returned our security deposit yet when its clearly stated in the contract that they should return within 30 days of leaving. He has neither received the phone nor responded to numerous voice mails. I hate it when people do cheating for a living !! There was not any way i could rate below 1, this should have been way way below than just 1.
